When you book, the site collects your name, email address, phone number, selected session and time, and any details you choose to enter. Please leave sensitive information out of the notes field.

The portfolio is public. Visitors can view photos without creating an account or providing booking details. The private photo-management page is for the website owner.

Booking details are used to reserve a time, prevent overlapping appointments, add the appointment to BetzsBest’s iCloud Work calendar, send a session email when the email service is connected, and follow up about the shoot. The site sends the owner a generic phone push alert when a booking is made; that alert does not include your name, contact details, or appointment time.

We do not sell your personal information. This website does not collect payment-card information or run email marketing campaigns. Your contact details are used for your booking, not advertising.

The website’s hosting and storage providers process information needed to deliver the site and store bookings. Apple iCloud receives appointment details for the Work calendar. The generic owner alert is delivered through ntfy. When automatic emails are enabled, Resend handles the confirmation email. Google Fonts supplies the website’s typefaces, so your browser may request font files from Google. If you follow an Instagram link, Instagram handles that visit under its own policy.

Hosting services may also process technical information, such as an IP address, browser details, and access logs, to serve and protect the website.

This site’s code does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Essential cookies may be used by the hosting and sign-in services to keep the website working and to secure the private owner page.

If you dismiss the cookie notice, your browser stores that preference locally as bb-cookie-notice-v1. It is not used to identify you or track your visits. You can clear cookies and site storage in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect owner sign-in.

Website booking records and the linked iCloud event are removed by a daily cleanup after they are more than 90 days past the shoot date. This does not delete copies of confirmation emails in your inbox or ours, or records a payment service may need to keep.
